Trust Roller – Inner Strength, Confidence & Grounding

Sometimes, all you need is a gentle reminder to trust yourself and the strength you already carry within.

The Trust Roller is a lovingly handcrafted blend created to accompany moments when you long for a little more confidence, courage and inner strength.

Whether you're facing something new, questioning your own abilities or simply feeling uncertain about the path ahead, this gentle blend invites you to reconnect with yourself, stand a little more firmly in your own power and remember that you are capable of more than you sometimes believe.

Combining herbal-infused oils, carefully selected flower remedies, essential oils and Tiger's Eye, the Trust Roller can become a meaningful part of your daily routine.

Because trusting yourself doesn't mean never feeling afraid. It means learning to believe in yourself, even when the next step feels a little scary.

Intention

“I trust myself, honour my own strength and move forward with courage, one step at a time.”

What's Inside?

Herbal-Infused Oils

• Lavender: Traditionally associated with relaxation, comfort and emotional balance.
• Chamomile: Known for its gentle, soothing qualities.
• Calendula: Traditionally valued for its comforting and skin-caring properties.

Flower Remedies

• Sunflower
• Chickweed
• Clematis
• Parrot Leaf

These flower remedies have been intuitively selected to complement the intention of self-confidence, inner strength, grounding and trusting your own path.

Essential Oils

• Pink Grapefruit: A fresh, uplifting citrus aroma that brings brightness and lightness to the blend.
• Eucalyptus smithii: A fresh, green and invigorating aroma.
• Frankincense: A warm, resinous aroma traditionally associated with grounding, reflection and spiritual practices.

Gemstone — Tiger's Eye

Tiger's Eye is traditionally associated with courage, confidence, grounding and personal strength.

Within the Trust Roller, it represents the intention to believe in yourself, trust your own decisions and move forward with courage, even when the path ahead feels uncertain.

How to Use

For Yourself

Gently roll a small amount onto your skin and take a moment to breathe in the aroma.

Beautiful places to apply the roller include:

• Your wrists
• The back of your neck
• Your forearms
• The backs of your hands
• Your ankles
• Behind your ears

Use it whenever you feel the need for a little more confidence, grounding or connection with your own inner strength.

For Your Dog

The Trust Roller can also become part of a gentle, shared wellbeing ritual with your dog.

Apply a little roller oil to your own hands first and allow your dog to investigate the scent.

If your dog seems comfortable, enjoy a quiet moment together while keeping the aroma gentle and giving your dog the freedom to move away.

Always follow your dog's response and allow them to choose whether they would like to participate.

Avoid applying the blend directly to your dog unless its ingredients and dilution have been individually assessed as suitable.

A Little Ritual of Trust

Apply a little Trust Roller to your wrists.

Take a slow breath and gently bring your attention back to the present moment.

Think of something you would like to do but perhaps feel a little uncertain about.

As you breathe, repeat your intention:

“I am stronger than I think. I trust myself and take the next step with courage.”

You don't need to have everything figured out. Sometimes, trusting yourself begins with taking one small step.
